Silent Storms

A few years back, I ran a TCG named Belle Vie. To man­age the mem­ber­slist, I had writ­ten a small script that con­sisted of a sim­ple join form and mem­ber­slist. I had to do all the edit­ing through php­MyAd­min. After a while, I lost inter­est in the TCG world, but I became re-addicted and I started run­ning a trav­el­ling TCG, End­less Road TCG, and I found myself look­ing for a script again. The few scripts that I have found, were very inse­cure so I’ve been work­ing on my own TCG man­age­ment script again, this time with a proper admin panel. Although I’m out of the TCG world again, I’ll keep work­ing on this script.

Your server must sup­port PHP and MySQL to use TCG Manager.

By default, the join form and mem­ber­slist con­sist of Name, Emailad­dress, URL (Trad­ing Post) and Col­lect­ing. The forms and data­base are cus­tomis­able, cus­tomi­sa­tion is explained in the readme. To cus­tomise, you’ll need some html knowledge.

Fea­tures:

• Auto­mated join form and mem­ber­slist, as well as an eas­ily editable affil­i­ates page.
  Upon join­ing, a mem­ber is auto­mat­i­cally added to the ‘pend­ing’ list. An e-mail is sent to notify you when some­one joins.
• Add, edit and delete mem­bers from your admin panel.
• Eas­ily cus­tomiz­able ran­dom­izer for your TCG Cards.
• Password-protected admin panel.
• Mem­bers’ e-mail addresses are spam pro­tected by javascript.
• Captcha on forms to pre­vent spam­bots from send­ing forms.
• There’s a noti­fi­ca­tion on the main page of the admin panel if there is an update to the script.
